Lorenzo Lucca’s agent is confident that the Italian striker will ‘do well’ at Nottingham Forest and confirms Francesco Camarda was close to returning to Milan in January.
Italian agent Beppe Riso released an interview with Tuttosport where he spoke about his clients’ moves in the winter transfer window.

Riso is also the representative of Newcastle star Sandro Tonali, and he refused to rule out the Italian midfielder’s transfer in the summer transfer window.
Riso was fairly busy over the last month as many of his clients changed clubs.

“Giovane to Napoli and Venturino to Roma were the trickiest deals to finalise, but in the end, we made it,” he said.
Riso held talks with Nottingham Forest about Davide Frattesi and Lucca, but while the latter eventually completed a move from Napoli, Frattesi ended up staying at Inter.
“Lazio seriously tried to sign Frattesi, but other foreign sides, such as Nottingham Forest, had moved forward,” Riso said.
“I think it’s normal that Davide wanted to play more; all the important players want it. Inter, however, were never open to selling Frattesi, and I have to say that Davide is happy to have stayed. Now he feels better and is finally 100% fit. I’m sure he’ll have more playing time and do well. Let’s say that Frattesi and Inter struggle to do without each other.
“Lorenzo [Lucca] has moved to the Premier League, the NBA of Football. It was a nice deal. It’s the right opportunity for him to grow. I say it now after months of struggles at Napoli. He’s a strong player and will do well.”
Italian talents Camarda and Daniel Maldini are also part of Riso’s client list.

“It’s true, Camarda was about to return to Milan, but then he had a problem with his shoulder and had to undergo surgery,” the Italian agent admitted.
“Perhaps, he’ll have more space at Lecce and will give a hand in the final part of the season.
“I feel Lazio is the right place for Daniel [Maldini]. He’s strong, and everyone knows it. He’ll prove that, I’m sure about it. He comes from a different style of football under Palladino, but he’ll adapt to Sarri, who will know how to valorise him in the best way.”
Lastly, Riso spoke about Brescianini’s move to Fiorentina and Tommaso Baldanzi joining Genoa from Roma.

“It was not easy to make the move because Atalanta didn’t want to sell Brescianini. Marco is part of those solid players who know how to do everything. He’ll be an added value for Fiorentina.
“The De Rossi effect was decisive for Baldanzi,” concluded Riso.
“The mister called him and convinced him to move to Genoa. Gasp didn’t want to do without Tommaso, but he needed to play more, so the Rossoblu solution seemed ideal.”
