His latest came Tuesday at Nebraska.

The Purdue basketball record for most minutes played stood since E'Twaun Moore graduated in 2011.

That record now belongs to Smith, who surpassed Moore's 4,517 minutes.

Moore, who was drafted by the Boston Celtics in 2011 and played 10 NBA seasons with Boston along with the Orlando Magic, Chicago Bulls, New Orleans Pelicans and Phoenix Suns, accomplished the feat in 140 career games, including 135 starts, from 2007-11.

Smith played in his 134th career game, starting all of them, when Purdue tipped off at Pinnacle Bank Arena. Smith entered Tuesday's game needing 27 minutes played to break Moore's career mark.
