Boston Red Sox young outfielder Roman Anthony made a memorable moment during the United States World Baseball Classic game against Mexico on Monday night.

In the bottom of the third inning, Anthony smashed a three-run home run on a 0-1 count, with one out, sending the ball to right center field where it struck the face of the second deck.

Anthony's home run extended the score to 5-0, following the opening of the inning where New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge started things off with a two-run homer of his own.

The 21-year-old outfielder proved he was ready for the big moment when he made his WBC debut on Friday against Brazil. He went 2-for-4 at the plate, driving in two runs in a convincing 15-5 win.

Boston must be thrilled to see how Anthony performs this season, especially after a promising rookie year. His standout play on the grand stage of the WBC has certainly caught everyone’s attention.
