He alleged that their policy of appeasement aimed to dilute Assamese identity by allowing infiltration and depriving citizens, especially women, of their rights.
He said, "However, under the leadership of Narendra Modi, and successive BJP governments in Assam led by Sarbananda Sonowal and Himanta Biswa Sarma, the state has progressed from being known for tea production to emerging as a new hub for chip manufacturing."
He added, "The double-engine government is preserving Assam’s identity while promoting its culture, traditions, and heroes. There is now a balance between development and heritage. Initiatives such as the Maa Kamakhya Corridor, Srimanta Sankaradeva Corridor, and land conservation efforts have been revived."
He added, "Over the past decade, government schemes have reached the poor without discrimination. Earlier, infiltrators consumed ration meant for the poor, but now people benefit from schemes like free ration, Ujjwala Yojana, Ayushman Bharat (with health coverage up to ₹5 lakh), housing schemes, and employment opportunities. Special packages have also been provided for tea garden workers, artisans, and youth."
CM Yogi said, "The double-engine government is committed to protecting Assam and removing every infiltrator." He reiterated that Congress encouraged infiltration and riots, while BJP ensures law and order.

Referring to Uttar Pradesh, he said, "Earlier riots and curfews were frequent, but in the past nine years, the state has remained free from both." He also highlighted the construction of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
He said, "Uttar Pradesh is now free from extremism, Naxalism, and separatism, and law and order has significantly improved. The BJP government is committed to eliminating issues like 'love jihad' and 'land jihad'.”
He accused Congress and UDF of seeking votes at the cost of national security and misleading youth through misinformation. He added that under PM Modi’s leadership, BJP has delivered on its promises.
He added, "No previous Prime Minister visited the Northeast as frequently as Modi, whose visits helped establish peace and governance. Connectivity in the region has improved significantly with roads, railways, airways, and inland waterways, along with the establishment of institutions like AIIMS, IIMs, IITs, and NITs."
