Georgia DL arrested, faces 11 felonies related to TikTok challenge

The Georgia Bulldogs have had their first arrest of the offseason. Georgia walk-on defensive lineman London Seymour was arrested on 11 felony charges for criminal damage to property.
Seymour's arrest stems from incidents at Busbee and Rooker Hall incidents at the University of Georgia. Seymour was charged for damages related to an incident from Dec. 5 to Dec. 6. Georgia played in and won the SEC championship on Dec. 6, but Seymour did not travel with the team. Three others were arrested along with Seymour because of the incident.

Seymour was arrested on Jan. 29 and later released the same day for damaging 11 residence hall doors. The attorney who is representing Seymour says he was taking part in a TikTok "door kick" challenge that has gone viral. Seymour paid a significant bond (at least $6,000) to be released and could be liable for the damage he caused.
Seymour is the son of former Georgia defensive lineman Richard Seymour, who played in the NFL with the New England Patriots. Seymour made the NFL Hall of Fame.
London Seymour is a former three-star recruit. The 6-foot-4, 305-pound defensive lineman played high school football for North Gwinnett. He appeared for one game for Georgia (against Marshall) in 2025.
