Over the past few years, the Heat have been regulars in the Play-In Tournament. It has become an unfortunate trend for the Heat, a franchise that is synonymous with success in the Eastern Conference.
Herro wants to will the Heat away from the Play-In
As one of the storied franchises in the East, the Heat always have high expectations. With Pat Riley serving as the team president, most people see them as a team that wants to compete for titles.
They definitely have the talent that can compete on the highest level. Tyler Herro, Bam Adebayo, and Norman Powell are All-Star-level players, so they can keep pushing forward with the competitiveness they can show in the postseason.

Moving forward, the Heat must continue to be motivated. They are struggling at the moment, and they need to keep winning to reach the postseason without having to go through the Play-In.
